Default How the hell....?

Alrighty guys, here's a little WTF story I wanted to share.

Now, as I have mentioned before, I'm a big guy. 6'4, 195 pounds. But for some reason, I've noticed my bench press is always substantially less than other people my size.

I stopped weight lifting for a while (when I moved) and arouned that time I had a 130 bench press.

Since then, the only Gym-Style exercising i've done is treadmill and punching bag.

But today, I just finished a set on the bag, and I decided 'Let's try out the bench press, see how bad it's gotten'

I benched 180 pounds.

50 damn pounds more than I could without any chest exercies for over 6 months.

WTF?!?!
