i had something similar happen i was struggeling with my sets for a long time, and i got off track and stopped working out for a couple of weeks and when i came back i could easily do it, and my dad said that if you work out to much your muscles dont have time to grow so they never devolep if you go to often, thats why you lift every other day so your muscles can devolp and have rest time.
