If someone grabs your hair use one or both of your hands to trap their hands tight agianst your head. (If they use both hands to grab then you should use both hands to trap. If they use only one hand then so should you and leave the other free for blocking.) Trapping does two things: It prevents them from pulling your hair and it puts you in control of their grabbing hand(s).
