do tonnes of interval training.
for cardio i suggest a rowing machine.
sparr like crazy.
but not for the last 2 days b4 the fight, gotta be fresh for the fight.

Wow. I would say NERCO!! Actually I just did, but the strange thing is this fight never happened due to the weather. Hopefully the group gets this sorted out so I can fight. I guess you would consider it a smoker. Its strange.
