 Ultimate Combat Experience
I was wondering if anyone was in/near Utah. We have a promotion called Ultimate Combat Experience, and from what wiki says, it's been on the air longer than any other mma show at seven years.
Lately they've been showing the best of their knockouts, which have been fun. I don't know why there aren't any live tapings being shown, maybe they're having trouble getting fighters. I've been watching it for years, and unfortunately few people here seem to know about it. It's funny watching early fights, because back then nobody had any solid training; it was all winging punches until they gassed. It features MMA, Kickboxing, and I think regular boxing.
The funniest ending to a fight I ever saw on the show was between two lightweights. Guy A lands a jumping flying karate kick to guy B's face, then immediately fell down holding his shoulder because he pulled it throwing the kick. So guy A lost without taking a hit and guy B won without throwing a punch. Ha.  |
