Don Frye?
His most recent fight was last week against James Thompson in Pride 34. Started out great, in fact, it started out just like when Thompson fought Alexander Emelianenko, lol. I don't know what happened at the end here. Damn it.
The question is, though, why do we get the impression some guys just disappeared when they're still fighting all the time? They just don't get the hype they used to?

Yeah, Ken Shamrock retired after the fight with Tito Ortiz in October.
He's like a foster brother to Frank Shamrock because they both have the same adopted father. Ken trained Frank, but they're not related by blood. Shamrock isn't the birthname of either of them.
