|  Can Teens fight competitivly?
Hey i was wondering if like 14 year olds can fight MMA competitively? As in actual fights, not backyard.

I'm pretty sure they'll have to be in an age division, but, Vitor Belfort was, I believe, 17 in his first UFC fight.

I know in Hawaii there are amateur divisions as young as 10.

But still, plenty of young guys in combat sports
Not sure of many junior divisions in MMA
But they have junior division in Muay Thai and other kickboxing rules
And PLENTY of juniors do grappling
I recommened doing the grappling and striking and getting into the MMA later
There were kids at my gym doing smokers at 15. Phenom, a member here, went to my gym in Philly and he had his first fight at 16.
