Anderson is the champion but Chael Sonnen is the best.
Getting a blackbelt under the Nogeria brothers is like saying you got a free toy with your happy meal.
He's fought everyone in the world not named Chael Sonnen.
If Anderson says put on hip hop and Chael Says put on country you'll be damned if we dont have a hoe down.

I think a rematch is in order, and I think Silva may come back and be destructive. It was obvious that Silva was scrambling at the end, and an inexpirenced jiu jitsu artist in Sonnen got caught. Watch Silva's face the last few seconds of that fight. He realizes that if he doesn't lock in that submission, it's over for him.
By my calculation, Sonnen controled over 85% of the ground fight, out struck Silva by almost 200 punches (Silva landed less then 30 punches on Sonnen), and was 3 for 7 in takedown attempts.
Silva is the champion...
...but...
... Sonnen is the best at 185. Period.
After seeing that fight, if Silva fought GSP, St-Pierre would destroy Silva. And that's The Truth.

yes they should get a remacted! if it does happen then i know anderson going to be training his bjj alot more than his stikening! i heard that silva kept getting taking down alot! so i know if there a remacth then silva going to be training he ground ofnese and defense

One thing though, is silvas chin and energy stayed very powerful throughout the entire thing. I mean, people take hard shots a lot, but you see them get completely sapped of energy, kinda like when Leben walks at the enemy like looking like Captain Caveman, fighting as if he just got a lobotomy. Silva was still hopping around a lot.

an at his best chael still lost to an at his worst anderson silva plus i heard silva had some sort've rib injury going into the fight and some personal problems like a family member died or something but yea chael did better than i or anyone else could've ever imagined but win or lose i'm still a fan of anderson silva.
