They are both pretty decent.
I am going to go with Wii Boxing. It relates a lot more to real boxing! When do you ever fight a guy in skinny tights in a real boxing match? Also, when you hit someone in Punchout, it makes little tweet noises, I find it like "Boxing for kids! Now you can be happy and so can your kids! Take all the noises and hardcore boxing and turn it into something childish. Punchout!! The game, officially for pussys that can't handle THE REAL DEAL"
Punchout is extremely weird also: People flying away, taking off in helicotpers, turning invisible... Seriously?
It's fun, but I HONESTLY think Wii Boxing is not only funner, more realistic, better graphics (no cartoon anime) and less childish. All in all, Wii Boxing, for me.
