Hey everyone!
I was in a good mood today and I just found some nice sites to show you. Just thought I might share them. Free Self Defense DVD
(This was taught by someone name "Shihan" on youtube) Just click “Get the DVD!” and then click “Watch DVD”

(You need to sign up to get these free courses- Just make something up, though)
-Do not give them your real e-mail. They just send you B.S. that you don't need.
Hope you enjoy them, I have more to come (if you guys appreciate them. They aren't the best that I have on my list, but these are some pretty good sites) Many peole have thought these courses are amazing, sure they WANT your e-mail (and don't just get mad and think it's a scam. If you don't buy anything, you're fine)
Learn what you can, who cares if they don't have any experience like Bas Rutten or whatever (maybe even better) learn what you can, if you don't like it, exit out. Simple.
