It's not fake, it was a liver punch. That sucker hurt like hell, then his opponent was like: "WTF? Hey, SHIT! He's hurt, gotta rush the fucker!" After which the other guy thought: "Oh, shit." and threw an overhand. Just a lucky punch, really.
