Uhm.. I guess it depends on the situation. If you're thinking of power, the kick is clearly my nr. 1 choice (damage overall). The jab is unfortunately an underestimated punch, you can jab your way out of a flurry of haymakers.
Let me put it like this:
-In the streets: Punches.
-In a competition: Kicks (k1 rules)

Punches, because all it takes is one punch to knock you down if you're kicking. If you're punching, it might not take one shot, depending on the fighter.

Punches to set up the kicks. You should know this after your fight, and me screaming it 1089 times during the fight, and in between rounds.

i voted for punches but maybe a kicks do more damage,i don't really know because i won't even use my legs if i had to go to a fight.
