Yeah, I dont see a problem with it,I do it and Im sure alot of people here do to.
If you are new to this sort of thing though, I would strongly suggest doing day on,day off for 2/3 weeks. Just to let your body get used to it otherwise if you overdo it straight away,you will just get injured.
