| I wanna get serious, plz give me some tips
Ive been working out on and off lately, and iv been hating it, im tryn to go hard but my exercises arnt cutting it, and i want to get serius, im 15 usualy workout aroun 8:30 pm, so im wondering whatz your workout plan?, how do you plan your week and meal?, what keeps you from tempatation?
I serius bout dropping weightm (im not fat, i bagg chikz n shit, i just wanna get thinner more defined, and build some muscle)
HELP MII??
(also im thinking about gettin p90x, do u think i should)

Working it is supposed to be fun not some serious matter you must attend to!
If its a constant battle trying to get yourself motivated, consider just starting to work out 3x a week, then add some more days. Work Muscle groups on different days low weight high rep with some cardio on each day.
For example, Monday Shoulders, Tris, Biceps. Abs
Tuesday: Chest, Back
Wed: Legs, Abs
I wouldnt worry about been serious, espeically at 15. If your looking to get thinner and toned start by cutting off desert after meals and replace it with fruit. As well as snacking less, chose a low cal protein shake or 1% milk instead of 2% after a workout.

Start running/jumping rope a lil
Stick to your martial arts training - if anything, put in more energy into your workouts.
Like Masato said, "It's not training if you're not getting tired. When I hit the pads, I'm saying HA~HA~ [like I'm gasping for air]!"
Dont overdo it. You dont want any injuries that linger. Just work hard and it'll pay off

well resisting the temptations is a hard thing to do. So find some friends who work out lots and eat healthy it'll maybe seem nerdy at first but bring your own lunch to school something healthy like sliced turkey on wheat maybe butter but not a whole lot else and like a Gatorade and a healthy snack. After awhile it's not as hard as you think it is. You said you're 15 it may be different there but here you get your school permit at that age. So ask around talk to your P.E. teacher and see if theres a workout session for high schoolers before or after school get friends together go with them if you had/have your permit then you're legally allowed to go there whenever the session is and workout.

Well i guess you dont have to enjoy it but you should do it and dont they make you do some kind of workout at your gym?

i enjoy my bjj workoutz courze lol, guyz thanx im tryn to do better but im just a snack junkie, itz hard for me cuz my famly allwayz just pushes food in your face and itz hard, (also wen it cane to wrkin out at home my exercises werent cutting it so i would end up skipping them or BSing it) ill try to downlaod that px90 and ill try to snack on fruitz more (ima mizz u cokkiez, LOL) im just glad im tryn before i grow older and my matabolism slwz, cuz i dont wanna get fat

if eating too much is your problem, then what u need to do is find things to keep you occupied. I swear this works so well. Especially in summer when you can just get up and go hang with friends around the neighborhood, it works great...and just being out walking around obviously helps. Hope this helped.

well i have a daily work out that works for me i get up around 5 and go for a 45 min run come home shower n shit then school...... then later that day(night) i use my perfect push-up i do a set of 20 then 20 on my dumb bells and do that 2x then move down to 15 then 10. and then ab wise i do 100 sit ups, not sure what itss called but i sit at about a 45 degree angle then twist left to right for 5 min, and then stretch after all that. food wise i dont drink soda, mainly water all day some tea and milk but thats it. oh and i cut out all meat from my diet and when im training for a fight i dont touch anything but veggies beans and rice lol. it takes a lo of discipline to do but if you want it bad enough youll do it (then again idk if your like me where i have to be ready for a fight at any ttime) oh ya i forgot to mention i also take supps
and for the p90x id say try it out i my self dont use it but my coussin has it (stopped using it idk why) but he said it worked great. i kinda want to try the insanity one......

hey im jhook
i want to do totally opposide to what you are doing i want to put on weight as bulky muscle, ive been working out on and off recently but just cant be bothered , im not motivated enought to be able to stay to a workout.
i cant really give you a workout plan ast the moment but go on this site any they is so many exercises for biulding muscle ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net
