Default Tightening body tips

I'm turning 18 in march. I'm 186 cm tall and I have 78 kg. I'm not fat but I'm not slim either. I want to tighten my body because it has a weird shape. I have the power but I don't have the loox :(
What are your suggestions? Should I start taking supplements or just start visiting the gym? Many friends have told me if I take supplements I should start with protein, others with creatine, third with amino's... I don't wanna put on weight I just want to have well-built muscles. I forgot to mention, I train kickbox, 3times a week (2hrs a training) but I think that's not much of a help for me.

Uhm... Kickboxing is definitely a help. If it were me, I'd say eat healthy (think in portions, not in ingredients. Like, a bit of junkfood isn't that wrong. Just don't eat it all the time. But preferably, make sure you have all the stuff your body requires), go running, and keep on kickboxing.

I'm not much for specifics, though. I just keep in shape by training more and eating healthier when I notice I'm slipping. Good sleep is very important too.

Why is it supplements OR working out?

If you take supplements without working out you're going to waste money. Workout for 2-4 weeks without supplements. When you need to step it up, take supplements.

I also think kickbox 3x a week for 2hrs each is good. Just try to do stuff outside the gym too - running, weight training, etc.

When I wrote that, I meant gym + supplements or just GYM. Btw, do you know which supplement should I start with? Because everyone tells me different things, I just don't know who to listen to...

Cardio will slim you down maybe you could go another time in a week.

also lift some weights maybe 3x a week and i dont know much about supplements so I'm not going to try haha but creatine does limit you in pro sports but I don't think you're looking to go down that path lol.

If you need a bit of tightening, do some Kegels.

... Not the tightening you're looking for??

FFS, of course NOT! I wanna tighten my arms, back, abs and chest.. Are sit-ups enough for 6pack or cardio is necessary?

yea situps are a great exercise
if u live relatively close to ur kickboxing gym, run there!
extra cardio = less fat = tighter body
then if u dont want to be too big in muscle mass, do self lifting weights (pushups pullups situps, handstand push ups etc)
