| GOOD NATURAL SUGARS?
Ok well first I guess I should describe my problem.
Lately, I've been feeling really tired and I'm wondering is this like because I'm not getting enough sugars? Incase you haven't seen my other posts i've been eating healthier, and I'm not drinking pop anymore.
For some reason though I've just kind of been feeling tired almost like I'm dehydrated but I know I'm not. So because I'm eating healthy now what are some good ways to get natural sugars like apples, bananas, etc.

Fresh fruit
Dried fruit
Carbs - pasta/rice (complex) or cereal/bread (simpler, not as simple as sugar)
