Eat helthy, and the things you eat, eat less of.
Work out, hard!
Also, don't eat any junk shit, pops/sodas and/or anything unhealthy.

Yeah lots of cardio, watch what you eat. Eat fruits, veggies, nuts (this are fattening though so watch out) no pop chips cut back on fries. Also really cut back on your carbs. Check this out BRAD32's AND MMA's LOW CARB CAM GIGANDET WORKOUT!
