Weight loss help?
I'm not really fat or anything, but I definitely feel I could be in better shape. I'm 5'11'' and 155 pounds. I'm hoping to be a nice 130-135. Any tips or diet plans that would be good for losing fat especially. Anything I should avoid? Thanks for the help!
5'11 155 is healthy to me. Don't try to be like me and Juno, dropping mad weight for fights. We're only that weight for a few hours, and bulk right back up. I'm 5'8 150 now and I feel healthy!
