Try protein bars, vegetables and fruit. Also, get healthy cereal.

Chicken alfredo. Enchiladas. Chinese food. Etc lol.
Ok in reality. Try to saute some chicken with a white sauce over whole grain noodles. Go easy with the sauce though. The cooking is pretty simple:
Cut up some boneless chicken breast.
Pour olive oil in a pan.
Once its hot, put on meat, flipping it around plenty, adding garlic, onions, and spices.
When done (inside is off-white), take off heat.
Make white sauce.
Cook spaghetti noodles.
Mix gravy and meat. Serve over noodles. To keep even more healthy, try some veggies too.

hey mate im new to fighttips.com and thought on making a thing on quick recipe for snacks instead of eating crisps and bisciuts but i dont know how to.
anyway for a quick healthy snack i make a fish on toast combination
-first take however many slices of wholemeal/grainary bread of of the freezer, then put it under the over on grill setting until they're both toasted on one side.
-now put some low saturated fat on the NON toasted side
-get some "princess" or "john west" tinned fish , it comes in a flavoured sause, hot spicy chilli, curry, mustard and tomato. the fish is usually mackrell in its oils aswell. so what you need to do is mash it up in the tin then apply it to the NON toasted side of the bread, remember to put a eqaul amount of fish on each bread.
-now you have done this you can put it back under the oven and it can be warmed .
this makes a really nice snack to fill you up, it is also giving you a good amount of quality protien, omega 3 oils and carbohydrates.
if you want any other recipies say and ill give you some
thanks jhook

I tried youtube.
Heres a good breakfast:
And Lunch:
And finally dinner:
Im only 15 and dont follow these things. I have to eat what my parents buy (its normally pretty good food) although they have some good meals, high protein, high carbs. They would be very good if you were trying to put on muscle mass.
