Yeah bro i finished it awhile ago over last summer and a bit into september. I got a FUCK TON of mass in my chest and back, which is slowly going down as ive switched over to more cardioized leg workouts/atheltic style. My arms didnt get that big since I plateauded a bit on the weights but my shoulders gained some mass.

I had a six pack when I went in since im pretty lean (SKINNY IS A HARSH WORD), and it caim out a little more defined.

Last 2 times i went on vacation there was a gym at the place.
Last holiday was boring so i spent heeps of time in there. I was nearly a better gym than my usual one.
