I like さんま、or Sauries, but they were only cheap in Japan. Those were the best tasting and they packed a lot of protein. Needed no modification or additions to taste great.

etc. Look at nutrition panels and make all your foods! Tv dinners are cheat foods and are garbage. Im going to have one later, i guess today will be my cheat day. I looked at the back, its just all high everything.

thanks for that mate ive been eating crap for a long time and ive realised that if u give your body good food you can get good results from training.
