| Tuna- Keep it healthy.
This is just a quick article I am going to write on tuna.
Tuna is a great source of protein and a great item for lunch.
To get the most out of tuna, eat it with a good choice of bread, and NO MAYONNAISE.
1.) When having tuna, use whole wheat bread, nothing else
2.) Get rid of the mayonnaise. It is 100% fat. Read the nutrition facts
3.) Add something to your tuna if you do not like the taste plain. Today I tried some jalapenos and it tasted great.
It becomes a great meal with high carbohydrates, high protein, and low fat when you follow the above.
Whole wheat bread as high carbohydrates (Good carbs too)
Tuna has high protein. Whole wheat has some protein too.
Eliminating the mayo and choosing the whole wheat bread gives you the good carbs and very low fat.

PERSONALLY
I recommend sardines. Messier, and usually the good type (skinless, boneless) are kept in Olive Oil.
22g of protein per tin
0 carbs
Good source of Omega 3
My one teammate is all about grass-fed beef too now.

I also recommend getting wild caught pink salmon!
With any of these ready to eat fish, you can do so much. Eat it from the can, make fried rice with some vegetables and peppers, put in a sandwich, put it in a SALAD, etc

thanks mate jhook | Hey.
Try wheat pasta's with sauce/meatsauce
Lunch meat sandwiches on whole wheat bread (turkey, ham, [NOT bologna])
Chicken with rice
etc. Look at nutrition panels and make all your foods! Tv dinners are cheat foods and are garbage. Im going to have one later, i guess today will be my cheat day. I looked at the back, its just all high everything.
