The basic principle of weight gain / weight loss is

To gain weight, your energy intake needs to be greater than your energy output
To lose weight, your energy output needs to be greater than your energy intake

Interesting article, a couple things I disagree on but I'll let it slide. I do have to say though eating healthy prevents you from gaining anymore weight.

To lose weight you have to exercise (Jog, swim, bike, jump rope, etc). This way the body burns the fat for energy.

u can eat healthy and gain lean muscle. although it take a hell of alot of tuna and salmon.

yea but omega 3 is good for you. infact i have lost fat when i supplement it. it;s basicly brain food, ur brain thrives off of it.

belive me not ALL fat is bad.

unsaturated
the omega 3
olive oil
flax seed oil
polysaturated
monosaturated.

all of those are good for you and there all fats. the saturated and trans are the ones that get you!

but over all the poly and mono and unsaturated are good but in limits. to much does the same thing as saturated would.

and tuna is num nums.

try some tuna with salsa in a wheat tortilla tis a good food and rather healthy!

Yeah, Americans especially need those fats because most of our fats are saturated in omega 6's.

i am shure i am wrong though.

yea omega 3-fish
omega 6 red meat
omega 9-i think it;s some kinda berry? to be truthfull there is no REAL omega 9 yet but there is many companys labling berry and nut oils and fats as oega 9 i think.

I know all fish have omega 3 specailly salmon but still is great when you have the right amount but too much of something is not good, and so is still a fat, and it will eventually make u fat (since this is a weight loss topic) haha dont take me wrong in fact salmon is my favorite fish and im a sushi lover lol

its like people who are dieting but they put like 2 bottles of olive oil in their salads lol...

haha yea i get what you mean. if you know what your limit for all of it is though it helps ur body out alot!
my skin cleared up perfectly when i was supplimenting omega 3.
