i believe omega-3 is only found in deep sea fish, not all fish.

examples; trout, minnows, bass - no omega three

i could be very wrong though thats just what is says on my bottle of omega-3.


ps: i think its scotland that passed america in poor health or whatever, they have a terribly low life expectancy for such a developed country.

deep sea? wtf lol lemme get my bottle........it has oil from anchovy, sardine, and mackerel.


ur probly right nate, about scotland, tis one of the 2 i am fairly shure.

i know they eat ridiculous fried foods and lots of high calorie beer, mixed with the violence and gang situation.

all = low life expectancy.

dont we have some homies on the site from scotland?

yeh yeh this is my first post and really goood tips my mum always says to me motabalism is gonan slow down when ever i see a donut or something nice i was like fine ill put it down lol i would say im chubby but im gonna loose that im only 12 going 13 next month and i have dumbells at home i got them when i was 10
i would say that theese tips and expertise and great research has really made me think and understand properly how important it is

Eating donuts won't slow your metabolism, but simple carbs will be stored as fat unless they're consumed directly before, during or directly after exercise time.

is it better to eat after or before working out? u already kinda answered, but which one is the best? My military brother seems to think that after exertion it works, and thats why in BCT they had to run miles before breakfast, but im not sure

you could also try that in reverse you could eat anything you want and still not gain weight/lose weight provided you exercise enough

the best times to eat are after or during your workout , but if you do eat during make sure to eat in small spaced out portions,and i mean small. the entire reason for that is that is so you don't get sick. the natural instinct of the body during exertion is to empty so to relieve pressure on the organs.
