The reason your body stops feeling hungry is because when you don't eat enough it goes in to fasting mode.
The best way to torture a man is to deprive him of food and then feed him a morsel of food every so often. He won't become full but the pain of hunger will stay with him.
The main misunderstanding with people who fast is that they are incredibly strong willed. Realistically though, they just bare with the hunger pains for the first couple days. After that it's smooth sailing.
My point is, you're body, when you don't eat enough, will go in to a state of preservation. Causing your fat cells to slowly be depleted of their energy reserves to sustain function throughout your body. Thus making it harder to lose weight.
Then when you DO eat, your body will keep as much of the fat it can from the food because it is preparing to go back in to fasting mode.
Maintaining a stable scheduled diet is very important. Don't cut meals. But also, don't over eat.
I hope this was helpful to you.
As for supplements for weight loss, DON'T. It's really unnecessary. You can do it on your own, you just need to stay motivated. |
