koolness, this shuld really help me out since I have asthma and I have a lil bit of extra pounds...Im just tryin to lose about 20 pounds or so to go from about 140 pounds to like 115 pounds at like 5.5 feet tall. By then i shuld have some muscle showing on my chest or maybe just a flat stomach but idk... I kept tryin to go on a diet about this time each year and i keep losing more but then i keep this same ol 140 pattern. but on the bright side, i used to be like 145 so ive been dropping every summer. right now im about 135 or so... adn also my dad is diabetic so i only eat a little bit of fatty foods, sorry for rambling...

Try some acai berry juice, make sure it is organic and from a reputable dealer, then take 2 ounces in the morning, and 2 ounces at night, and you will have lots of energy, a lower chance, at getting disease, non aching bones, etc

im 155 5'10 cant lose a lb my friend says its cuz my muscler mass if i dont drink any water for a day its 154 but the problem is if i keep seeing these aliens im not gonna lose this weight lol

but truly i've been running everyday and sht and wheni get on the skill still 155 i probably need to lessen my lifting of weights

Whatever you do, do NOT skip the water. I'm thirsty as hell right now, and thats because I was gone all day yesterday and didn't have a glass or so of water.

your right but if your used to have 3 meals a day going onto 5-6 meals a day you need to control portions.
have smaller meals rather than big less frequent meals because your body takes that as im not getting food for a while so il store this as fat

also another tip i got told to cut weight is to eat your meals more slowly even if you have to use chopsticks thats good. aparentky it helps maybe you could try that

Ok, I tend to have a problem with subjects like this because I gain weight easily. I only eat when I am hungry, which isn't that often actually and I'm trying to exercise to lose weight. I've even been doing some research about supplements, but to be honest, I'm a little nervious about taking them.

Question: Is it better to work out in the morning before you eat or after if you are trying to lose weight? Logic dictates that the body would have little to no carbs to burn so it would go straight to the fat storages.

Keep a constant schedule of when you eat. The reason your body stops feeling hungry is because when you don't eat enough it goes in to fasting mode.

The best way to torture a man is to deprive him of food and then feed him a morsel of food every so often. He won't become full but the pain of hunger will stay with him.

The main misunderstanding with people who fast is that they are incredibly strong willed. Realistically though, they just bare with the hunger pains for the first couple days. After that it's smooth sailing.

My point is, you're body, when you don't eat enough, will go in to a state of preservation. Causing your fat cells to slowly be depleted of their energy reserves to sustain function throughout your body. Thus making it harder to lose weight.

Then when you DO eat, your body will keep as much of the fat it can from the food because it is preparing to go back in to fasting mode.

Maintaining a stable scheduled diet is very important. Don't cut meals. But also, don't over eat.

As for supplements for weight loss, DON'T. It's really unnecessary. You can do it on your own, you just need to stay motivated.
