Make sure you do some cardio/stamina training also and shadowbox etc so your muscles wont slow you down,

did anyone see Frank Mir now? he gained TONS of muscle since his 2nd fight with Brock Lesnar, he seriously gained some more mass and wants to fight Brock Lesnar and working on his striking
I'm down with seeing Frank Mir fight Brock Lesnar for a 3rd time
gets some whey protien take 3 times a day and eat three meals that really makes six meals and you wont get sick from eating to much lift heavy weight do only compound workouts dont worry bout curls and stuff you will get bigger with the big lifts bench press/squat/deadlift 5 to 10 set of 6-12 reps if you wont to get really big get to 10sets of 10reps shorten your rest period to 15-30 second the more simple you make your work out the easyer it will be for you to grow big and lay off the cardio a little do this for six weeks three times a week you will prolly put on 15-30 pounds and be rock hard good luck give it a try
yeah bench press/military press/pullups but dont forget to work your legs summer will be around soon so you prolly dont wont your upper body to not match your lower body and remember you will get a different look from the bench press and the military press the bench press will make you get bigger and you cant get truly huge with out but you will get a big chest.the millitary presses will get your wide shoulders with a smaller chest but its just which ever look your going for

Start off by looking at a full-body workout which you can do 3 times I week since you are most likely training some martial art. Then after a while once you get use to the exercises you can start adding isolation exercises if you want to focus on specific body parts. focus on compound exercises for building mass, make sure you STRETCH and the most important factor is your diet. If your not eating enough your now going to grow. It's all about DIET if you want to grow.

Good diet, make sure you are getting enough protein, lift heavy weights, different muscle groups each day of the week, mix it in with lots of different types of pressups.
If you adhere to the above and wake up each day with aching muscles, then in about 6 months i would say you would be significantly more muscular and defined.
