Great instructional Shane, I liked your emphisis on footwork, and speed vs power.

I've sparred against, and ive been guilty myself alot of the time at sparring 100 perc and trying to hurt my partner or land big shots. Doesn't really do anything , except make yourself look like a jackass who "GOTTA WIN EVERYTIME".

Great video.
Who was the other guy in the video.
I sparred today and the guy i sparred was a douchebag. He was swinging haymakers trying to knock me out. Thats why sparring annoys me.
