Very nice video. Hopefully it will help people realize that you don't go all out in sparring. I hate it when you ask someone to spar and they smack you with a real hard hit right away. Its a training exersise.

Good vid, keep 'em coming!
I liked the shadowboxing parts the best. Seeing someone shadowbox is more instructional than most step by step instructional videos.
