Very nice video. Hopefully it will help people realize that you don't go all out in sparring. I hate it when you ask someone to spar and they smack you with a real hard hit right away. Its a training exersise.

Good vid, keep 'em coming!

I liked the shadowboxing parts the best. Seeing someone shadowbox is more instructional than most step by step instructional videos.

great job man i really liked it keep them coming very good information too. I think you stomped him he backed up alot and his legs were far apart. He is very good though. and great video man. Thanks very helpful. all of your instructionals are
