Which one do you guys prefer/enjoy the most and why?

Kali and Silat without a doubt.

Both are brutally effective and very adaptable. They are war styles and have perfected the use of blades and in the case of Kali: sticks(long and short), flexiable weapons, bound fighting, etc.

Krav Maga is also good, but I firmly believe a Kali/Silat fighter has more at their disposal than a Krav fighter.

I can't go into depth about either of them but from what I do know I would go with kali and Silat. But if I couldn't do either of them Krav Maga would be my next choice. It's fast to learn and brutal in close combat including more than 1 attacker.

Weaponry?

Well, since I never carry weapons on me, I'm rather unknowledgable on this subject. But my old Wing Chun teacher did some Escrima and Fillipino Knifefighting too, he was sick with two sticks/knife. Really, I think any style with a knife is madly dangerous and should be avoided at all costs... But without bragging: my teacher was the sickest thing with a knife I've ever seen in my life. When he called me forward to demonstrate, I was scared as shit. And I don't scare easily when it's just training. He cut me up so quick, I hardly had time to even register the nicks and cuts in my mind. So I guess I'm gonna go with Fillipino Knifefighting. Although Kali and Silat are very dangerous too.

Fillipino Knifefighting IS Kali. Fillipino Kali. Kali uses knives(single and double, both grips), sticks(double and single, 4 grips), knife and stick, openhand, boxing, locks, and the list goes on and on.
