It wouldn't hurt to join a club of some sort, in the UK you can get hour lessons in martial arts for about 5 a go, I train twice a week, but if i had a car I could train as many days a week as I wanted.

You got a heavy punch bag? Use that, do some combos etc and practice keeping your guard up. Shadow boxing without equipments quite good, Need a good imagination and some space, practice punching, keeping your guard up, dodging hits etc.

Obvoiusly the basics, push ups, sit ups, pull ups.

Could get some mits n pads and practice with friends too.

If you don't mind buying some equipment, some weights, dumbells even will do, can get a decent set for about 35, I don't know if its recommended to do weights at your age though, something to do with the bones. Could buy hand tensioners and similar things for near to nothing though.

Yeah if i was you i wouldn't use weights at your age. The reason being you will ruin your growth plates and you will just stunt your growth which is harldy worth any increase in arm size.
This is a good video about the 300 workout which is very effective.

This would be beneficial for you to work on your form and footwork ect.

Possibly the most important combo for the street IMO would be the jab, cross. This video is usefull but you ideally need to be taught at a gym.

i haven't practiced martial arts at a school for maybe 4 years or so now, but i still train regularly at my home as follows.
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday- Running (it will help with endurance and working with your heart rate up), shadow boxing, then heavy bag workout
Tuesday, Thursday- Weight Lifting, Shadow Boxing

Suprisingly weight lifting helps alot, it can build confidence (which is very important), builds strength, and muscle adds protection.
When i do bag workouts, i designate a certain amount of time practicing ONE technique (reverse punch, lead hand punch, left and right hand hooks, etc), i will also work on doing them as fast as i can for a certain amount of time, then change to doing them as hard as i can, then combine the two.
For actually hitting harder, try alot of different strength training techniques, weightlifting isn't enough
With all this, i've actually become a better fighter after leaving the dojo

I think you should be able to train with glasses on, but theres no way there gna let you spar with them on so perhaps training without them would be a good idea

Where ya live btw?

You sound like a Dutch guy XD

Sparring is, eehm.. Can't explain this well my mind has gone totally NUMB.(Thank you Blue Stahli)

Practicing, like when you have yourself, and a mate, and you just fight for training's sake, to improve footwork, test your combinations, etc, and he can possibly say what you do good, or need to improve.

And don't kick him in the balls, ROFL.
Yeah, someone explain this further

Sparring is when you and your partner and go into the ring/cage and fight with eachother, not at 100% power but enough so that you both learn something from it. Basically sparring enables you try out the techniques you have learnt on a real target who is also trying to strike you back. It won't do any good to fight in a competition if you do not know how to perform the different techniques and are incapable to take any punches. The best way to increase your strength is to acquire a partner that will spar with you and that knows how to fight in your style. During these sparring sessions you need to wear the correct training gloves and mouthpiece to protect yourself from injuries.

A great example of sparring would be the video bellow. Note that they are not going all out at eachother, just keeping it calm and controlled.
