Your strategy of using your reach and keeping your distance is a great one. Keep jabbing, and keep moving. DO NOT get overwhelmed if she comes in with wild, heavy punches. Keep your cool. Keep your hands up, blocking your face; your chin tucked, but your eyes on her; and counter with those stiff jabs.
And don't forget how much you can control a girl by pulling her hair. She will probably try to pull yours too, so be aggressive and pull her all over the place. Set up your punches, or pull her to the ground if you can, by kicking out her legs simoltaneiously. If she gets a hold of your hair, don't back up or pull away. Step into her, and clinch up tight, so she can't get any leverage and pull harder.
