yea, thats whats happend to me for the past three months, when we get together to spar, trust me dude you live close enough that I wanna lol, that I'm outta shape, but I'll be good in a month with constant practice lol.
i wouldn't literally but I can work. yeah I don't like it when I am not working and just sitting around. I don't like it when I am not learning anything new.
well I wouldn't go THAT far lol, you do need rest, but I went everyday, and was sad when therer were days we DIDN'T have practice lol. I loved it, it was awsome, I wrestled against a football player, thats how my knee got hurt a bit. Expect to wrestle your FIRST day on the first day wrestling for your school starts.
yep, I suggest when you join, if your feeling winded and your coach askes if your tired unless your badly needing a brake don't take the brake, it'll help you. My first day I was tired as hell but I loved it cause I was tired like the "I accomplished more" tired.
