    Sure man, I guess. Here are some simple guidelines to follow:

    Eat lean meats, vegetables, and fruit mainly.
    Drink only water and/or black coffee/teas.
    Avoid sugary snacks.
    Eat 3 large meals a day, and 2-3 snacks, evenly spaced throughout the day. Largest should be breakfast, smallest the snacks and dinner.
    Avoid sauces and dressings.
    I have a thread on how to create a workout plan, I'll link it to you sometime.
