Started creatine on Monday. Sleep hasn't been up in the 8 or 9 /10 because we just had a week of vacation, and I only lifted once in that week, and my sleeping pattern changed.(stayed up later)
But my pattern is back now.. so i am in bed after typing this.. So ill still say im around a 7 or 8/10.
Tomorrow's attempts
Squat:135lb 3x5 (Still not positive about my form, but this is the last time i seriously get concerned about it. I am not in pain or anything, and ive been studying it a lot. For all i know my form is ok. I understand the lift (low bar powerlifting squat) but i don't know if i perform it right when you add 135+ lb on your back.. Stuff changes)
Overhead press:70-75 lb 3x5
Barbell Rowing: 100-105lb 3x5
Friday's Attempts
Squat: 140lb 3x5
Bench: 105lb 3x5
Deadlift: 165lb 3x5

136 lb.. New high for me.
Squat: 145 lb 3x5 great form. Only flaw: Knees need to follow toes and go outward
Bench: 105 lb 1x4...105 lb 1x3 fail, 100lb 1x4. Sucked. Failed. Going to just do 100 3x5 next wednesday, and try again the week after
Deadlift: 165 lb 1x5 - good, struggled.
Rest:8/10
Motivation:9/10
Nutrition today: 7/10 (Parents went out... fast food. No eggs in the morning, PBJ instead)
Nutrition this week: 8.3/10
Camera cord to computer is currently broken.. so no new pics for a while.

I got sick on monday and im still sick. I didn't lift on monday but i lifted today. Some stupid bug going around.. I have a headache STILL.. i had chills/sweating, sore throats, etc but its mostly gone, just a sore throat here and there and headache.
But anyways i lifted today...
Motivation: 7/10
Nutrition: 5/10
Sleep: 7/10
Just a note for myself : NEVER LIFTING IN MY BLUE NBA SHORTS AGAIN.. THEY STICK TO MY BODY WHEN I SWEAT AND IT MAKES IT HARDDD TO SQUAT!
Squat: 145lb 3x5.. i can increase weight next week
Bench: I'm fucking stuck at 105lb 1x4 then have to drop to 100lb 2x5
Deadlift: 165lb 1x5 was a little too much, ill probably do 160 next week.
