yeah i get your point but leg press is gay. I have pretty small legs and i can probably leg press close to 400 lb. How much can i squat when i get my form all set? 140 at most for 3x5.. Shows how garbage a leg press is.

I have this week off from school so my diet will probably suck because i wake up later, and have to eat everything from home.. So looks like ill be eating some junk food here and there to get enough cals. not a big deal. I am not totally sure how much weight i want to gain.. around 145 lb low BF would be nice. But i cant really set a goal for that yet.

Going to lift around 4. Can't squat at home, because i dont have a rack, so i will clean the bar and do front squats instead.

lol, you wont get that low bf if you keep ignoring cardio! Sure, it'll make your weight gain slower, but the best way to bulk up is to do it SLOW!
