hey romeo, ur doing good. just keep goin. it all starts with the simple diet change. now, this will take some time, about a year or so. but small changes will be seen almost right away.
the laps are good. jogging is probably one of the best things u can do. sit ups will almost definantly take away any stomach issues u may have.
now im not on all the time so just record ur intake on a piece of paper and if u think something is unhealthy, make a change. ur gonna have to do this on ur own. we can help, but ultimaily u make the decisions.
