Well i just added two new photos and i know they are big i wasnt sure how to size them down a bit. I'll try again though.

THis is what i had to eat and did today.
Breakfast: I had some grapes and a a biscuit with sausage and cheese with white milk and apple juice It was a small portion.

Lunch: I had A pizza.. I slacked off on this one it was my fault but school served it. So i guess I have to find a way around it.

After school i Had some milk and a pbj

Dinner I had a small portion from ysterdays chickenpot pie and then some peaches with a small bit of yogurt that has no fat at all.

And in P.E at school i ran 20 laps around the gym which equals one mile without stopping at all and 30 push ups and 20 situps and 3 more laps at the end. And played some air force football. That was my workout today. I had to much studying and HW.

Your breakfast wasnt great but the rest is allright.
Remember to drink your water.
Cereal is a good enough breakfast.

hey romeo, ur doing good. just keep goin. it all starts with the simple diet change. now, this will take some time, about a year or so. but small changes will be seen almost right away.

the laps are good. jogging is probably one of the best things u can do. sit ups will almost definantly take away any stomach issues u may have.

now im not on all the time so just record ur intake on a piece of paper and if u think something is unhealthy, make a change. ur gonna have to do this on ur own. we can help, but ultimaily u make the decisions.

I am going to get off topic and state something also very important. Shave your chest man. Best of luck though man and make sure you work all your core muscle it will help a lot.

My biggest piece of advice is to start a sport, preferably a team sport. Mine was rugby. You feel motivated to get in shape to not let your teammates down.
