well, start with a healty low fat diet and start simple with cardio. then after two weeks or so, start lifting to ur ability. dont lift heavy more like light at a bunch of reps. ur muscles will burn, robbing energy from the fat cells. this in turn will get u ripped fast. also if ur gonna do heavy working out, make sure ur calorie intake is sufficent. otherwise u will find ur self quite tired. get plenty of protein to feed ur muscles. start with sit up and push ups, then light weight, then once ur strong enough and at about the weight u want u lift heavy and do some serious workin out.
