Cool Rj's Weight Loss Log (much advice taken)

Ok so I'm Rj. I'm 5'4, 15 years old, and I weigh right around 190 last time I checked. My goal is to be around 160 and then gain straight muscle. It's for sports and confidence because who don't like a nice body. I should hopefully begin my log this upcoming Monday and from then on and depending on homework and other things I will try and post as much As I can. All advice is taken into consideration thanks.

well, start with a healty low fat diet and start simple with cardio. then after two weeks or so, start lifting to ur ability. dont lift heavy more like light at a bunch of reps. ur muscles will burn, robbing energy from the fat cells. this in turn will get u ripped fast. also if ur gonna do heavy working out, make sure ur calorie intake is sufficent. otherwise u will find ur self quite tired. get plenty of protein to feed ur muscles. start with sit up and push ups, then light weight, then once ur strong enough and at about the weight u want u lift heavy and do some serious workin out.

I would acknowledge it if you went a bit specifically on the various activities in the gym that may take lesser time and give comparatively better results

Breakfast: apple cinnamon cereal cheerios
Lunch: wheat bread egg sandwich with a dab of mayo
Dinner: 2servimgs of homemade chicken pot pie n a lol bit of stuffing*


I also only drink milk n water n sumtimes orange juice n apple juice

Ok well I jst got done working out.
I got 20 min on treadmill.
5min walk
5min run
5min walk
5 min run on the highest incline
and then I did 20 push ups
30 sit up
30 crunches
n I stretched for 5 min b4 n after.

First of all.
Drink 2 litres of water a day. Try to only drink water, nothing else.
When you do pushups, do 20, then have a break for 1-2 minutes, then do another 20. Have a break for another 1-2 minutes then do another 20. Do the same with your crunches, situps etc. you will get much better results.
