Bench 105 3x5
Squat: ill find out tomorrow. Been fixing my form the past few weeks. ill say 145-155 for 3x5

Well brad I'm two years younger than you and I can put weight on and take weight off really easily I did it for along time in wrestling and I had been cutting weight when weighed that I've been putting on lots of muscle weight since I started lifting too.

By the way let me add that when i bench i don't use the bar...i use the thing you sit in and push the weight up with your legs.

Bench: 165x3
And I only use machines for squat so I don't think the weight is accurate to free weights.

You mean when you "squat"? That's leg press, man! I can leg press 450 easy. But watch out for that, it's bad for your knees. Your better of doing a squat for real.
