I think reps with body weight and how many body weights is a bit more impressive. I can bench around 1.5 bodyweight and bodyweight like... idk but at least 12 times, what I've tried. Bodyweight is around 183 pounds. Ofcourse it can change like up to 5lbs per day upper or lower.

And age is 16 at the moment. Not very good. Wanna bench at least 300 pounds by the end of next month.

Learn to squat. WAY better for the knees, and way better for the body. Takes a lot more muscles to squat, and it's a lot harder of a lift. Learn it.

thats so true. leg press i do because its there.lol. my 1 rep max on squat went up, 335! bench still 255... but at 175 lbs, i can move myself around pretty well.

im 14 and weigh 129 pounds its been a while since I benched but right now i'm able to squat 105 pounds.
