You mean when you "squat"? That's leg press, man! I can leg press 450 easy. But watch out for that, it's bad for your knees. Your better of doing a squat for real.

I think reps with body weight and how many body weights is a bit more impressive. I can bench around 1.5 bodyweight and bodyweight like... idk but at least 12 times, what I've tried. Bodyweight is around 183 pounds. Ofcourse it can change like up to 5lbs per day upper or lower.
And age is 16 at the moment. Not very good. Wanna bench at least 300 pounds by the end of next month.
Fighting Style: slap boxing, and some mma with my friend, and some wrestlin with the kids in my neighborhood.

thats so true. leg press i do because its there.lol. my 1 rep max on squat went up, 335! bench still 255... but at 175 lbs, i can move myself around pretty well.
im 14 and weigh 129 pounds its been a while since I benched but right now i'm able to squat 105 pounds.
