I am 156 which is pretty much all muscle (I don't have almost ANY fat on me, just normal with skin)
I work out 6 days a week (one day of rest)
Bench: 265
Squat: 392 (approx.)

I have never squatted before but i should try.
I weigh 59 kg (cbf converting to pounds)

No clue for squat though, I focus on upperbody.
