Alright my workout:
30 minutes of cardio everyday (over 3 miles)
60 slow knuckle pushups then 100 fast pushups
15 lbs dumbell curls 30 x2
benchpress I only get to do it about once a week
abs like crazy ask if you want me to post my workout for that.

If I don't work my arms very much I work my legs:
wallsits 2 min then repeat
90lbs powerclings
squats, normal
pistol squats
some other form of squat I have no clue about what it's called.

I do all this at night time since I don't have any other time to do it. And I'm gonna start doing my cardio outside again when the snow clears up.

This is what Ive done so far today.
Ill edit it later with updates cos ive gotta go to school soon.

6:15- Wake Up
6:20- 2 Mile Jog
6:50- Breakfast: Cerial with low fat milk and 600ml of water.

I did a 6:30 sprint today in P.E.

Lunch: Three tiny chicken wings basically chicken nuggets half pint of chocolate milk and half a pair.

what's wrong with chocolate milk I like it and it provides lots of calcium and I do knuckle pushups which provides lots of calcium to my knuckles so I can get extremely hard fists. And that's all my school has to drink is Choc. milk.

Dinner: loose meat hamburger and some corn my mom made fries but I didn't eat them cuz that's all carbs basically... and grease lol.
Didnt get to work out today because I had to leave so that really ticked me off. Looks like I'll be working out on sunday.

oh ok get I jst wasn't sure because I had heard chocolate milk gives ur muscles a sort of jump? Idk not sure. Might be jst a myth.

It might I'm not sure I just like it and it's just routine for me to drink it. i heard it has a lot of water in it i'm not sure i've never really studied it, sorry.
