I like this idea, how you both have your workout plans going in one thread. It's a good way to keep each other motivated.

| Re: BRAD32's AND MMA's LOW CARB CAM GIGANDET WORKOUT!
Allright heres what I did today;
6:15- Wake up
6:20- 20 minute jog (2 miles roughly)
6:50- Breakfast- Cereal with low fat milk and a glass of water
Want to school at 830 ish.
11:00- 2 mixed berry muesli bars and a bottle of water
1:00- Chicken and cheese sandwich
3:30- Went to gym and did my Tuesday Chest, Back and abs workout.
5:30- And apple, a low fat yoghurt and another glass of water
6:30- Spaghetti Bolognaise for dinner. Also another glass of water
8:00- Cup of tea (i always have it)
I think today was alright nutrition wise. It is hard to eat well at school because you have to have eveything sitting in your bag. My workout seems alright. Any tips would be appreciated about my diet.

Yeah my school lunch is somewhat high carb-ish.
@Brad, If you're going for the 'lean' low body fat thing then you need to cut out that spaghetti next time that's like all carbohydrates. I love spaghetti and I had some like on friday I probably shouldn't have but oh well that's ok.
@ RawB, Thank you. We were discussing it on another thread and we agreed to both try it.
My day: Breakfast: Eggs, glass of chocolate milk, two slices of bread to go with the eggs. Lunch: nachos, half pint of chocolate milk, half a scotcharoo (peanutbetter and ricekrispies w/chocolate) Supper: Two pieces of chicken 1 was from KFC glass of water rice krispy treat. It was a potluck thing I didn't have much options.
A very unhealthy day foodwise.
I did a work out today didn't have a ton of time.
A ton of pullups working back, triceps, and biceps
Curls 70+ reps with a 10 lb dumbell 100 pushups
Brainbusters for triceps, dips,
10 minute jog a little over a mile.
Yeah not a great day for me I'm not gonna be able to do a ton tomorrow but I might workout til 11 pm I don't care I want to workout!

Yeah i didnt have much choice with the spaghetti.
Thats what mum cooked so i had to eat it.
I probobly wont have it for like another 4 weeks.
Anyway:
Tody I had
8:00- Bowl of cereal and low fat milk. A cup of green tea.
8:30- another cup of green tea ( I didnt want it but mum made it for me, so i sorta had to have it)
10:00- Glass of water and apple
1:00- A small as bowl of ice cream (I shouldnt have had it but i was starving, home alone, with nothing else to eat)
2:00- 2 minute noodles and a glass of water
3:00 - Cardio circuit, pushups, situps.
4:00- yoghurt
6:00- Meat pies and vegitables.
I dont have much choice with dinners because its whatever my parents cook. Most of the time its pretty good food.
Today Was shit nutrition wise. I was home alone all day, slept in and dint do my usual morning run. Going to have to improve tommorow.

Dont destroy yourself for taking a couple days off (internally punish your body though lol), ive been sick/on my universities spring break for the past 2 weeks and have done jack. Mabe like 5 workouts in total lol! And 0 kickboxing or wreslting just a bit of light sparring.
Just remeber, keep going till you find what you like after every time you workout. I know ive had a good workout when im so tired on the cooldown i feel the fatigue that I have to get myself going to stretch.

Yeah I'm like that too Homies. I get really tired but it's the good kind and when I'm done lifting I feel the burn I love it. Breakfast: Eggs, glass of chocolate milk, 2 slices of toast Lunch: Hamburger chowder in a breadbowl (not too good for the carb thing but it's like the best thing my school serves we won't have it again for like 2 months) half pint of chocolate milk and this envy thing it's like carbonated juice in a can tastes good. Dinner: Subway 6" wheat chicken, bacon, green peppers, lettuce, ranch,. and shredded cheese. Glass of water.
Workout: 60 pushups on my knuckles my normal ab routine 80 curls for each arm w/10 lbs brainbusters dips 20 minute run 25 pullups/chinups (would've done more but I was exhausted in the arms) 20 min run.
@ Brad, carby foods would be spaghetti, pooridge, cream of wheat, toast, candy bars, pop, cookies, juices, french fries anything to do with potatoes and stuff with lots of added sugar. veggies and fruits will give you the good carbs and sugar that you need to keep yourself going with lots of good clean energy.
