God we need to update more often.
Today:
8:00-wake up.
Breakfast: Three peices of wholemeal toast and 2 glasses of water.
Snack: A yoghurt and more water
Lunch: A roast beef and gravy sandwich.
More water inbetween, also a green tea
Dinner: Roast pork and vegitables.
Today i drank about 3 litres of water.
I am going to start taking a different aproach to my weight training.
I am gonna start more cardio, and do 8-10 reps when lifting.
I want to have more muscle, less fat. The cardio is mainly just interval training and 15 minute jogs. Today I did 3X2 minute round of burpees. IT NEARLY KILLED ME! I will start doing round of jump rope, burpees, jumping jacks, heavy bag etc, rather than the long, slow jogs ive been doing. I am mainly doing interval training to build my stamina for a fight, also i will get way more ripped while im at it.
Any thoughts?

I've been really busy but on saturday I was snowboarding for 6 hours straight so that was my workout. I have a leg injury so I can't really do cardio
I'm starting fresh tomorrow I haven't really been doing quite so good. Sorry

Today:
7:00-Wakeup
7:30- a bowl of cereal with low fat milk.
8:00- A green tea
11:00- A hot dog (our school canteen is shitty)
1:00- Roast pork sandwich.
3:00- Worout consisting of:
3X6 bench press
3X8 wide grip pullups
3X10 Pec Dec
3X10 dumbell bench press
3X10 Dumbell flies
3X6 Incline bench (only realised today that you can raise that bench to an incline)
3X10 cables flies.
Pushups to burnout
Stretch.
Then I went and did my boxing training for an hour and a half.
After workout I tried my first protein shake. It was ok. Tasted better that I expected. It was cookies and cream 100% optimum gold whey. I only bought 5 Shakes (The place i got them from sold them in packs of 5, or a big tub.) I went with the small pack to give them a try. I think i will buy a tub of it.
Dinner: Spaghetti bolgnaise.

Workout so far I do this almost every morning. 50 pushups on my knuckles
60 crunches with my legs in the air
an oblique crunch
20 pullups

Today
BREAKFAST: I had 2 eggs 1 slice of toast and Choc. milk
LUNCH: Just a tiny but of turkey hardly any then I had a few fruit snacks
SUPPER: I ate at Wendy's had water and no fries and 1 burger
I did alot of arm workouts lots of abs and cardio today. My current weight is 89 lbs.

I have been so fucking busy lately.
I have a good workout, my diet isnt great, but I am mainly putting on muscle mass atm anyway so it doesnt matter if my food is a little bit bad.
I am still lifting 3 days a week and doing cardio 6 days a week, just cbf updating this thread all the time.
Can you please point out what the fuck is wrong with my diet then?
Sorry im in a really shitty mood atm.
