Alright,
This is gonna be my program:
I'm not going to do the 3-4 week extreme program just yet, but Im going to get into great shape incase in 6 months time i decide i need to do the extreme 4 weeks program.
This is my workout:
Cardio: 6 days a week I will be doing a morning jog for 20-30 minutes.
Later on in the day I will be doing this cardio circuit that is in the program;
60 jumping jack
15-20 spiderman pushups
20 walking lunges
20 spiderman climbs
60 second squat hold on wall
60 second plank
60 secondsof burpees
3 minute break and repeat.
I will also being doing my boxing training.
Weightlifting:
Tuesday: Back, Chest, Abs.
Back: Lat pulldown, pull ups, chinups.
Chest: Bench press, dumbell flies, pec dec, pushup till burnout.
Abs: 3 sets of crunches.
Stretch.
Thursday: Biceps, triceps, shoulders
Biceps: barbell curls, dumbell curls, 21's.
Triceps: Close grip bench, kickbacks, pulldown.
Shoulders: Military press, shoulder press, front and side raises.
Strectch.
Saturday: Abs and Legs.
This will be an easier day where I focus a bit more on my boxing.
Legs: leg press and calf raises
Abs: 3 sets of crunches.
This is sort of following the program. That is where most of my cardio came from. I will try to update with my diet daily. Most of this plan is to keep body fat % low. I think Im about 8% now.
I will be doing Cardio 6 days a week.
