Ok how much hand speed do you have? Say how many punches you can throw. The all time record of speed punches a fighter can throw is held by Bruce Lee at 7.5 punches per second!
.....I can throw 4.5 punches a second

Bruce Lee's records are all fake. Even if he threw 7.5 punches, I doubt it'd hurt. I can poke you 10 times in 1 second and do more damage.
