just switch up your shit. Like, Upper/Lower body split.. And change all of your lifts.

Standard Bench--> Wide grip bench press
Regular squats--> ATG squats
Regular Deadlifts-->Sumo deadlifts
Overhead press--> Clean and jerk

Rep range:5-->8-12

Workout # of days :3-->4
