hey mmaalltheway, i think that "bbe" standard bag gloves are really rubbish, i bought a 4ft bag and it came with some bag gloves, i used them for the dist few days and noticed they had ripped because they were too big and the plastic material wasnt good quality. i think if you want thin bag gloves go for the quality leather kind e.g. reebok, everlast

i bought some fingerless gel gloves from reebok that are great also because the second knuckle down your hand is open it will toughen them too.

Ok I just bought a pair of Everlast Training Gloves, but I have a question. What the hell is the difference between training gloves, sparring gloves, and just competion gloves? Also could I use training gloves to spar with a friend?
