| BAG GLOVES!
What brand do you use? Do you use the thin just cloth stuff or the padded molded gloves and stuff like that? What is a good weight for bag gloves? I'm trying to go from MMA fingerless gloves to boxing gloves and I had a bunch of friends over and it was my 4th fight in a row and I had to wear the heavy gloves and I njoticed I got tired so I want to know a good weight for a pair of bag gloves. And If a sight says regular or large for the size Is the regular a kids size or just like a medium/teen size?
-Thanks!

Only because of your size, I'd recommend those.
Look into some full sized 8oz gloves. For you, I'd go 10 at most. MAYBE 12.

Personaly, I would use 14oz training gloves. Kills to birds with one stone. You get used to swinging with a heavy glove so when you go down to 10 it will feel light. And it works fine on the heavy bag.
Works great for me.

I use the normal boxing gloves. Brand is Everlast, and I have it at 14oz. I have to agree with what Luther said ^, your hands feel much lighter when you go down to 10oz. Fingerless or not does not matter to me.

-Luther | That is what I was thinking. If I use heavy gloves for bag training then It would be easier when I fight. I shadow boxing with 5 and sometimes 7 pound weights but I can't do that all of the time.
Also what are the advantages of preshaped bag gloves? Or are there any?
Thanks for all the replies!
