| Weightloss Project Help #2
So, lately I have been eating TV dinners, chips, cookies etc. and I am getting fat. (This is because I am still recovering for the insident in the streets) If you haven't heard about it, search up {Weapon of Destruction: Cast}
I am just looking down right now at my stomach and when I bend over, I have about 3-4 rolls/creases of fat. I used to have A LOT of muscle, almost NO fat at all, just skin. I still have muscle down there, but quite a bit of fat. Before my insident, I used to work out twice a week (martial arts) and go to the gym (two other times a week)
I don't drink that much pop, maybe 1-2 DIET sodas a week. Fast food maybe once every 2 weeks (since I am on the go a lot) and for junk food (cookies, pizza, tv dinners, etc.) maybe 2-3 times a week.
It sounds a lot, but I have been trying to cut down, it's just so hard.
If I want to lose my rolls, gain more muscle, lose the fat, be more healthy and maybe still have a bit of junk maybe once or twice a week, how and what should I do.
Any workouts, things I should eat (please, everything natural and no "Grass mixed with whole wheat that came from body builder store. Now add the mix of...") Just some regular good, healthy stuff and hardcore workouts that I can lose fat (most importantly, my rolls) and keep healthy? I am not trying to work to get 6 pack abs, maybe a nice 4 pack might be nice I just want to look good, have good endurance, be healthy/fit and not look down and think "Damn, what should I do to lose this?" -Please give me workouts I am going to be able to do where I live/apartment (home workout, so I don't have to get up and go to my gym)

I thought you were 156lbs and hardly any fat - just muscle and bone
and bench like 265lbs
and squat approx 492 or some shit?

2-3 junk meals and 1x a week fast food = half your week is shit food.
Be active, and eat well.. NO fast food, and NO instant dinner shits.. you know what's good for you. Eat that stuff unless you have to have fast food (no food or your on the road)
Try to pack healthy meals if you know you'll be on the road

Actually, I meant that before I got messed up with that cast incident. All I said was not bullshit, it was just before that happened to me.

Bro even if you went from 156 lb --- > 200 lb and your lifts were 265 lb bench 400 lb squat i dont believe youd look as bad as your saying.. youd be a bulked up musclehead.
I'm gonna have to say your lifts are exaggerated.

have a cup of hot water and lemon.
lemon squeezed into the hot water on rising.
it doesnt matter what time you have it just make sure its the first thing you eat.
it helps in weight loss because it cleansers your liver and flushes out and bad stuff in there
