Breakfast
Two Eggs
Cottage Cheese
Toast (white)
Orange juice
Lunch
Strawberries
Cold cut chicken breast on white
pineapple slices
protein shake
water
Snack
Nutri-Grain bar
Dinner
Chicken over white rice
Green tea


Exercises
2.5 Km run with weight training class
Worked legs in weight training class ( Leg extension, Leg curl, squats, Calf raises, abductor)

Nutrition 9/10 Need to switch to whole grain bread
Motivation 10/10 pushed hard today , enjoying the benefits of going for 180 to 160

Constructive criticism is welcome.

AND YEAH THERE'S A SPELLING MISTAKE IN THE TITLE

You already touched on my only thing. Switch to a whole grain bread. White bread is shit to your body.

MARCH 3rd

Breakfast
Same as yesterday

Lunch
Chicken leg ripped up and put into a sandwitch
water
pineapple
protein shake


Dinner
Turkey fajitas
Romain lettuce salad
orange juice

Green tea

Exercise
Weight training (Back and Biceps)
Rugby training (mostly cardio and explosive stuff)

Nutrition 9/10 went and bought whole wheat today after rugby
Motivation 10/10

At the moment I'm trying to go 2 weeks without anything "extra" (candies,bad foods like pizza ect)
